Twelve teams compete in the third series of the National League 1 Esports 2023 in Surabaya City, from October 20th to 22nd, 2023, to compete for tickets to qualify for the playoffs. The 12 teams are:

The third series of the National League 1 Esports 2023 will feature the game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. The matches will be broadcast live on the official YouTube and Facebook channels of the National League 1 Esports.
