Led by four goals about twenty minutes from the end, the French handball players overthrew Croatia, Friday March 12 in Montpellier, to finally win widely 30 to 26 and open a royal road to the Olympic Games (JO) from Tokyo this summer (July 23-August 8). At the same time, Portugal beat Tunisia in the early evening (34-27).If Portugal wins against Croatia on Saturday late afternoon (6.30 p.m.), then France against Tunisia in the evening, Guillaume Gille's players will validate their tickets for the Olympics.
