Officer who arrested Scheffler is disciplined

The world number one Scottie Scheffler was arrested last week by a police officer who was punished for failing to turn on his body-worn camera.

On May 17, Scheffler attempted to drive into Valhalla Golf Club for his second round of the US PGA Championship, but Bryan Gillis stopped him.

The American was accused of driving recklessly, ignoring an officer's traffic signals, second-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, and all of these offenses, which he disputes.
