Galatasaray Wins Turkish Cup In Protest Match

The Turkish Cup final between Galatasaray and Fenerbahce took place today.

Fenerbahce played their U19 as a protest against how the league authorities handled a riot in Trabzonspor which saw Fenerbahce players attacked.

Mauro Icardi scored in the first minute, the Fenerbahce players walked off and the win was awarded to Galatasaray.

Galatasaray are currently playing against their reserve team after being awarded the trophy. #turkey #turkishcup #galatasaray #fenerbahce
