South Korea defeated Iraq 3-2 in their FIFA World Cup 2026 third round qualifier on Tuesday, thanks to goals from Oh Hyeon-gyu and Lee Jae-Sung in the final 25 minutes of regulation time.
Rebin Sulaka gave Iraq a goal in stoppage time in the final seconds of the game, but it was too little, too late as the Taegeuk Warriors won after a fierce battle.
