Ezi and Smith Received Recognition For Outstanding

Ezi Magbegor and Alanna Smith have earned WNBA recognition for their outstanding defensive efforts in 2024.

Seattle Storm forward/centre Magbegor was selected in the WNBA All-Defensive First Team for the first time on Monday after making the Second Team in both 2022 and 2023.

In her first season with the Lynx, Smith was selected to the All-Defensive Second Team.

It’s the first time the 28-year-old forward has achieved WNBA honours.

Smith is currently competing in the WNBA Semi-Finals with her Lynx locked in a battle with Connecticut Sun.
