American extends her record with 95th WC win

With her slalom victory in Jasna, Slovakia, Mikaela Shiffrin achieved a historic 150th podium of her career and increased her record of World Cup victories to 95.

With nine more World Cup victories than Ingemar Stenmark's previous record, the American is currently only five wins away from the Swede's podium record.


Zrinka Ljutic of Croatia was beaten by Shiffrin, 28, by a mere 0.14 seconds.

She had a furious finish as Ljutic, 19, cut up her lead of 0.52 seconds from the opening run.
