#pavel#sivakov, one of the two Russian riders in the World Tour peloton (1st world division), now wears French colors, his British team Ineos announced on Friday. “I had wanted to become French for some time and had applied to the UCI (International Cycling Union), but given what is happening in Ukraine at the moment, I wanted to speed things up,” said Sivakov.
