Female coaches in men's cricket should be the norm

Cath Dalton believes cricket pioneer Sarah Taylor inspired her to create new ground in men's cricket.

Dalton is the first female fast-bowling coach in the Pakistan Super League, having been employed by the Multan Sultans.

Alex Hartley, a former England off-spinner, will be the franchise's spin coach in 2024, with Dalton becoming the first female fast-bowling coach for a top-level men's team in the globe.
