Victor Wembanyama of the San Antonio Spurs has been awarded the NBA Player of the Week for the Western Conference. He excelled in two games, leading his team to victories over Atlanta (133-126 in overtime) and Portland (114-94). Wembanyama averaged 36 points, 6.5 rebounds, 4 assists, and an impressive 7 blocks. This marks the first time in his career that he has received this honor.
