Coleman Sends a Message Before the Games

On Saturday, the American sprinter won the 100m at the "Prefontaine Classic" Diamond League meet in Eugene, Oregon in 9.95 seconds (1.2 m/s wind) ahead of Kenyan Ferdinand Omanyala (9.98). The 28-year-old Coleman, also a double world champion in the indoor 60m, hopes to secure his first individual Olympic selection for the Paris Games this summer, after missing Tokyo 2021 due to a suspension for anti-doping whereabouts failures.
