Egypt University Crown Champions University Games

The American University in Cairo has defended the title they won in Kenya by the winning the 2024 African University Games hosted in Nigeria by University of Lagos and Lagos State University.

The American University won a total of 82 Medals (46 Gold, 28 Silver and 8 Bronze)

Egypt will host the next edition of the African University Games.
