Russian Swimmers Seek Neutral Status for Champions


Nearly 30 Russian swimmers have requested permission to compete under neutral status at next month's World Short Course Swimming Championships in Budapest. This comes after the International Swimming Federation eased rules for neutral competitors. Since February 2022, athletes from Russia and Belarus have been banned from competing under their national flags due to geopolitical tensions.
