It won't count as a Personal Best (P due to the wind, but it is a massive performance, which she'll look to consolidate on in the quarterfinals.

Victory Godah (Minnesota) 🇳🇬 also ran her fastest time ever, running 11.16s (3.7) to finish 2nd in her heat, just ahead of Rejoice Sule (UTEP) 🇳🇬 who clocked 11.18s.
