Wilfried Nancy, The First Black Coach To Win MLS C

Congratulations to Wilfried Nancy, the first Black coach to win the MLS, a history maker.
The man from Le Havre, guided the Columbus Crew to there 3rd MLS Cup with a win over reigning champions LAFC. With so few Black coaches in football it truly is a joy to see him succeed and achieve this milestone, all in just his first year with the club.

We never doubt that Black coaches can be equally as successful on the touchline when given the opportunity. There are plenty of them out there and we see it in our youth setups daily. We hope to see more Wilfried Nancys in the professional game in the coming years.
