Norris' maiden win 'a long time coming'

Following his triumph in the Miami Grand Prix, Lando Norris stated that his first Formula 1 victory was "a long time coming."

Taking advantage of a safety car break to pit for tires and maintain the lead, the 24-year-old British driver overtook championship leader Max Verstappen and won the race.

He had started 110 grand prix races before winning, setting a record 15 times on the podium but never taking home the trophy.
