Lehmann appointed as Northamptonshire head coach

Liam Marshall, an uncapped winger for England, was left out of the 19-man matchday squad for the opening Test match against Samoa on Sunday.
Marshall, 28, assisted Wigan in completing a quadruple and ended the domestic season as the Super League's top try-scorer with 27.
However, he is one of five players who will not play this weekend in head coach Shaun Wane's 24-man team for the two-Test series.
