Apology from the South African Rugby Federation

The South African Rugby Federation has apologized to New Zealand following a disruption of the All Blacks' haka before the Rugby Championship match in Johannesburg. This traditional Māori ritual, performed before each game, was interrupted by music, fireworks, and the flyover of a commercial airplane, detracting from what is usually a highly anticipated and respected moment by the audience. Despite the disruption, South Africa won the match 31-27. The two teams will meet again in Cape Town next Saturday.
