Gray to join star-studded Toyota Verblitz

When Scotland lock Richie Gray departs Glasgow Warriors at the end of November, he will travel to Japan to join the all-star Toyota Verblitz.
Along with prominent rugby league conversion Joseph Manu, the 35-year-old's new teammates will include former All Blacks scrum-half Aaron Smith, New Zealand sensation Beauden Barrett, and South Africa flanker Pieter-Steph du Toit.
Scotland's 79-cap player Gray will report to World Cup-winning rugby director Steve Hansen when the new Japan Rugby League One season starts in December.
