Gervonta Davis Retains World Title with KO

Gervonta Davis, the American boxer, successfully defended his WBA lightweight world title by knocking out previously undefeated compatriot Frank Martin in the 8th round on Saturday in Las Vegas. Davis used his power to dominate Martin, eventually landing a devastating left hook to secure his 30th career win, 28 of which have come by knockout.
