[England]: The #chelsea women's team retained their #english #champion title this Sunday, easily beating Reading ( 5-0 ) on the final matchday, to finish with two points ahead of Manchester City who dominated West Ham ( 1-0 ). Future finalists of the Women's Champions League - "the Blues are the first team to qualify their men's and women's teams in the same year for the C1 final".
