GOLD for Nigeria in the women's 4x400m at the African Championships!!🥇🥇

The quartet of Ella Onojuvwevwo, Patience Okon-George, Esther Elo Joseph & Omolara Ogunmakinju ran away with the win in the women's 4x400m at the African Championships in Douala, clocking a time of 3:27.31.

Nigeria needed to run faster than 3:26.90 to overhaul Cuba 🇨🇺 and qualify for the Olympics. They missed out by 0.41s.
