Son of athletics chief Diack to face new trials

Papa Massata Diack, the son of the disgraced former president of global athletics, Lamine Diack, was ordered to stand trial again by France's highest court on Wednesday.
In 2020, Diack, whose father managed the IAAF (now known as World Athletics) from 1999 to 2015, was one of six persons found guilty in France of concealing 23 Russian doping offenses in return for sponsorship deals with Russia.
