Daley Blind announces international retirement

After 108 matches for the Netherlands, former Manchester United and Bayern Munich defender Daley Blind announced his retirement from international football on Wednesday, paving the way for a "talented new generation."



The 34-year-old was a member of the Dutch team that lost to Argentina in the World Cup semifinals in 2014 and the quarterfinals in 2022.
