Red Bull strategy chief Courtenay to join McLaren

After serving as Red Bull's head of racing strategy for 14 years, Will Courtenay has made the decision to quit the company and become sporting director of McLaren.
Courtenay's departure from Red Bull is the third senior management departure from the squad in the last five months. This move is part of a broader reorganization at McLaren.
"Will's experience, professionalism, and passion for motorsport make him the ideal candidate to lead our sporting function," stated Andrea Stella, principal of the McLaren team.
