[Russia]: The #doping #review #committee of the #world #athletics #federation on Saturday approved 23 #russians to participate in international competitions as neutral #athletes, bringing the total number to 27 this year. The Russian Athletics Federation has been suspended since 2015 after evidence of mass doping among athletes. In March, World Athletics reinstated the Authorized Neutral Athlete (ANA) program for Russian athletes not involved in doping cases after approval of the Russian Federation's recovery plan.
