Diversity Initiatives in English Football

Many black players succeed in England, but few become coaches. The Football Association (FA) announced plans to diversify coaching staff, aiming for at least 25% representation from "black, Asian, mixed, or other ethnic backgrounds" by 2028, up from 19%. Former players like Les Ferdinand and Sol Campbell support this initiative. Mark Bullingham, FA's CEO, highlighted the need to address discrimination in football.
