Red Bull is set to build its own power units for the first time in 2026, marking the end of their current technical partnership with Honda. Honda will instead partner with Aston Martin as their factory power unit suppliers. This change, combined with the new chassis regulations, presents a monumental task for Red Bull. Sergio Perez, who had a disappointing 2024 season, has left the team and will be replaced by Liam Lawson.
