Roma and Basel In Legal Battle Over Riccardo

Roma and Basel are in a legal battle over Riccardo Calafiori's €45 million move to Arsenal from Bologna.

Basel is set to receive 50% of the transfer fee due to a sell-on clause. Roma claims they should get €8 million from this deal because of a 40% resale clause from when Basel signed Calafiori in 2022.

Roma argues Basel did not inform them and that their clause should apply to the Arsenal move.
