Roglic wins stage to close on O'Connor
Primoz Roglic, the three-time champion of the Vuelta a Espana, closed the margin on leader Ben O'Connor by about a minute by winning stage eight.
Enric Mas of Spain and Roglic engaged in a category three climb to the finish line to cap off the Saturday stage.
In the last 200 meters, the 34-year-old Slovenian swept the stage to win the event for the second time this year.

C'est officiel. Les #pays-Bas accueilleront le départ du #tour d'Espagne 2022. La ville d'Utrecht avait été choisi pour l'édition de 2020 mais en raison de la crise sanitaire, elle n'a pas pu être le théâtre de la #vuelta. Mais en 2022, les organisateurs de la Vuelta réitèrent leur confiance en cette localité.
