The Metro 911 Pickleball Tournament captivates over 300 players, showcasing the sport`s community spirit and competitive edge.

The third annual Metro 911 Pickleball Tournament in Nitro, West Virginia, has wrapped up, drawing an impressive crowd of over 300 participants from 15 states. This vibrant event showcased not only the competitive spirit of the players but also the growing community surrounding pickleball. Organizer John Rutherford highlighted the sport`s social aspect, emphasizing how it brings people together, fostering friendships and camaraderie on the court.

In Texas, the excitement continued with the 2025 Texas Amateur Pickleball Championships powered by Carvana PPA Tour & PIG, held at the Pickleball Country Club in Houston from May 30 to June 1. The tournament featured an Under 3.0 Scramble on the final day, adding a layer of inclusive competition for players of varying skill levels.

Looking ahead, the OAP Indoor Fundraiser Tournament is set to take place from June 6-8, 2025, promising more thrilling pickleball action. Meanwhile, Southern California is gearing up for a premier tournament hosted by CAPA in Newport Beach, further solidifying the sport`s rapid growth across the nation.
