Usyk Retains Titles Against Fury, Teddy Atlas Weighs In

:In a highly anticipated rematch, Oleksandr Usyk successfully retained his WBC, WBA, and WBO heavyweight titles with a unanimous decision victory over Tyson Fury in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The judges scored the fight 116-112 in favor of Usyk, a decision that left Fury furious and disputing the outcome.

Despite the controversy, legendary boxing analyst Teddy Atlas agreed with the judges' scoring. In an interview, Atlas stated, `116-112 [For Usyk]. The judges got it right. I don’t understand all these people talking about robbery.` Atlas highlighted Usyk's performance from the sixth round onwards, noting that Usyk controlled the pace and tempo of the fight, responding well after a bad fifth round.

Atlas also praised Usyk's overall skills, suggesting he should be considered an all-time great. `Are you kidding me? He’s earned the right to be mentioned with all the top guys. He’s one of the great winners of our era … There’s not one thing he doesn’t do real well. There’s not one weakness,` Atlas said.
