In the Wheelchair Rugby tournament, Team UK earned a silver medal after a hard-fought battle against France in the final. The Games also marked the debut of winter sports, including Alpine Skiing, Nordic Cross Country Skiing, Snowboarding, and Biathlon, where Team UK clinched four medals as the winter sports events wrapped up in Whistler.
