Krejcikova ends Pegula’s last-four hopes

Barbora Krejcikova defeated the sixth-seeded American 6-3, 6-3 in Riyadh on Tuesday, ending Jessica Pegula's hopes of making it to the semifinals of the WTA Finals.
Pegula, who finished second in the WTA Finals the previous year, lost in straight sets for the second time this week and will face Iga Swiatek in her last round-robin match on Thursday, leading the Orange Group with no sets won.
