Keiser Seahawks defeated Palm Beach Atlantic 6-1 in a challenging tennis match, with Milan Visontai securing the only point for PBA.

The Palm Beach Atlantic men`s tennis team faced a tough challenge against the Keiser Seahawks at the Mitch Gornto Tennis Center, resulting in a decisive 6-1 defeat. In the doubles matches, PBA struggled, with Juanfer Contreras and Luis Eduardo Platas losing 1-6, Marko Visontai and Milan Visontai falling 3-6, and Peter Dragar and Alejandro Rol Franco suffering a 0-6 loss.

In singles play, Luis Eduardo Platas pushed his opponent to a tiebreaker but ultimately fell 2-6, 6-2, 0-1 (10-12). The highlight for PBA came from Milan Visontai, who secured the team`s only point with a comeback victory, winning 1-6, 6-1, 1-0 (10-8). Other singles matches saw Juanfer Contreras lose 4-6, 1-6, Marko Visontai drop 1-6, 1-6, Matthew Young fall 1-6, 0-6, and Alejandro Rol Franco lose 2-6, 5-7.

Looking ahead, the Sailfish are set to face the St. Thomas Bobcats in Miami Gardens, aiming to bounce back from this setback.

In other tennis news, the Qatar ExxonMobil Open has been upgraded to an ATP 500 event, receiving praise from top players like Carlos Alcaraz and Daniil Medvedev for its excellent organization and facilities.
