Clemson and Virginia Clash in ACC Lacrosse Showdown

Clemson faces Stanford while Virginia battles Boston College in key ACC lacrosse matchups this week.

Clemson, ranked No. 15, is set to face No. 10 Stanford on April 10 in a crucial ACC Women’s Lacrosse matchup. Meanwhile, No. 11 Virginia will visit No. 2 Boston College on April 12, a game that will be broadcast on ESPNU. This matchup is highly anticipated as both teams vie for top positions in the conference standings. Other notable games include No. 7 Syracuse at Virginia Tech, No. 25 Notre Dame at Pitt, and No. 12 Duke at Louisville.

North Carolina, currently undefeated, will take on California on April 13, with a chance to clinch the No. 1 seed in the ACC Championship with a victory. The ACC teams are dominating the NCAA RPI rankings, holding five of the top ten spots, showcasing the strength of the conference.

In men’s lacrosse, Pace University’s Dennis Hodge-Boccanfuso earned a spot on the USILA D2 Team of the Week following impressive performances against American International College and Southern New Hampshire University. Pace will host Bentley University on April 11. Saint Anselm College remains undefeated at 9-0 after a decisive 19-6 win over American International, with Colin Mulvey leading the charge with five goals. Hamilton College secured a 14-10 NESCAC victory over Williams College, with Ryan Olivo contributing three goals to the win.
