The Miami Dolphins have emerged as the top team for the second consecutive year, showcasing excellence in areas such as treatment of families and training facilities. Notably, the Washington Commanders made significant strides, jumping from last place in 2024 to 11th in 2025 under new ownership. In contrast, the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles experienced a sharp decline, falling from 4th to 22nd due to player complaints regarding childcare and cafeteria overcrowding. The Arizona Cardinals finished at the bottom of the rankings.

Teams like the Los Angeles Chargers and Atlanta Falcons saw remarkable improvements, climbing to 5th and 3rd respectively under new coaches Jim Harbaugh and Raheem Morris. However, the Buffalo Bills faced criticism, receiving an `F-minus` for team travel, prompting GM Brandon Beane to address player concerns. Overall, the report card showed progress, with only 12 failing grades compared to 29 in the previous year. As the NFL Scouting Combine approaches, teams will likely adjust their strategies for free agency and the draft to enhance player satisfaction and performance.
