Army`s overtime win over Navy and Springfield`s victory over Coast Guard highlight recent NCAA lacrosse action.

Coast Guard men`s lacrosse team suffered a setback against Springfield College, losing 5-12 in a tough NEWMAC match. Springfield`s first-half dominance saw them net ten goals before halftime, with Ezekiel Christian leading Coast Guard with two points and Brett Tobasky making ten saves.

In a thrilling Army-Navy showdown, Army triumphed over Navy 12-11 in overtime. Jackson Eicher clinched the victory with a decisive goal after Evan Plunkett`s late-game heroics forced the extra period.

On the women`s side, 13 Penn faced a heartbreaking defeat against 8 Yale in a gripping quadruple-overtime battle, ending 10-9. Yale`s impressive four-goal run in the final moments secured their third Ivy League win.

Hamilton College`s men`s lacrosse team also faced defeat, losing to Wesleyan, despite Heher `25 scoring five goals. Meanwhile, Stockton University pulled off a late victory against Montclair State, thanks to crucial contributions from Riley Burns, Gage Parker, and Daniel Amores.
