Crystal Palace sign Colombia defender Daniel Munoz

Right-back Daniel Munoz of Colombia has joined with Crystal Palace from Genk on a three-year contract worth eight million euros (£6.8 million), with an additional year option.

After relocating to Belgium in 2020, the 27-year-old won the Belgian Cup in his debut campaign.


After making his debut for his country in 2021, he went on to win 23 caps, including one that took him all the way to the Copa America semifinals.

"It's a pleasure for me to be here at such a historic club, such a big club as Crystal Palace," he stated.

"I'm very excited, very happy, and I can't wait to be on the pitch."
