Fan who abused Vini Jr handed prison sentence

Real Madrid said on Thursday that a fan who taunted Villarreal player Samuel Chukwueze and Real Madrid striker Vinicius Jr. in two games at Mallorca last year with racist remarks has been found guilty and given a suspended prison term.
The perpetrator, who was not identified in the La Liga team's announcement, completed anti-discrimination training and an apology letter to Vinicius before having his 12-month sentence deferred.
