Dupont marks XVs return with France win over Japan

To start France's Autumn Nations Series, Antoine Dupont defeated Eddie Jones' Japan handily, marking his comeback to the international XVs.
Playing in his first international XV since his team's heartbreaking home World Cup quarterfinal loss to South Africa last October, Dupont won Olympic gold with the France sevens team in July.
The former World Player of the Year, who spent 2024 concentrating on sevens, played 66 minutes and maintained his composure despite having a try disallowed in the second half.
