Wayne Rooney has been dismissed as head coach of Plymouth Argyle, just months after his appointment in May. The club announced the decision on their X account this Tuesday morning. Currently sitting at the bottom of the Championship, Plymouth has not won in nine consecutive matches, with their last victory on November 5. Before joining Plymouth, Rooney managed Derby County, DC United, and Birmingham City.
