Chattanooga Mocs men`s tennis team triumphed at the 2025 UTR Sports NIT Championship, defeating Saint Mary`s (CA) with a score of 4-2. The decisive match unfolded at the Rome Tennis Center in Rome, Georgia, showcasing Chattanooga`s dominance in both doubles and singles play. The order of finish began with doubles matches, where Chattanooga secured victories in positions 3 and 1, followed by singles wins in positions 3, 5, 6, 1, and 4, ultimately clinching the championship title.

In women`s tennis, Elon University swept the major postseason awards for the 2025 CAA Women`s Tennis season. Simone Bergeron earned the prestigious title of CAA Player of the Year, while Heidi Bulger was recognized as CAA Rookie of the Year. Elizabeth Anderson was honored as CAA Coach of the Year, highlighting a remarkable season for Elon.

On the same day, Stevens faced Babson College in a men`s tennis match at the Pickard Courts in Brunswick, Maine. Additionally, Grand Valley State competed against Tiffin at the GVSU Tennis Courts in Allendale, Michigan, while Bowdoin College took on Baruch College, securing crucial doubles victories.
