In a heated moment during the New Orleans Saints' 14-11 win over the New York Giants, Australian punter Matthew Hayball was visibly reprimanded by Saints interim head coach Darren Rizzi. Hayball's punt was returned for a touchdown midway through the second quarter, prompting the coach's outburst.

The Giants, along with the Las Vegas Raiders, are positioned to pick a potential future franchise quarterback in the next year's draft.
