Crawford vacates welterweight world title

American undefeated fighter Terence Crawford has renounced his WBA welterweight world title, making fellow countryman Brian Norman Jr. the official world champion.

Crawford, 36, defeated Israil Madrimov to win the WBA light-middleweight belt earlier this month, earning him a world title in a fourth division.
