Saskatchewan Rush leads NLL standings, while CJ Kirst shines in college lacrosse with impressive performances.

Saskatchewan Rush continues to assert their dominance in the National Lacrosse League (NLL) with an impressive 9-2 record, having netted 139 goals while conceding 111. Close on their heels, the Buffalo Bandits boast an 8-1 record, scoring 135 goals and allowing only 95. The competition remains fierce as the Georgia Swarm and Halifax Thunderbirds are tied for third place with 6-4 records.

In Division I college lacrosse, Brigham Young University stands undefeated at 5-0, while Cal Poly and Georgia also remain unbeaten at 4-0. Georgia Tech leads the standings with a solid 6-1 record, having scored 111 goals and conceded just 71.

In the Ivy League, Cornell`s CJ Kirst shone brightly, earning Offensive Player of the Week honors after a stellar performance with six goals and two assists in a decisive 15-5 victory over Denver. Meanwhile, Penn`s Emmet Carroll and Brown`s Connor Foley shared Defensive Player of the Week accolades, with Carroll making 14 saves and allowing just one goal against Delaware, and Foley recording 37 saves over two games for Brown.

On the women`s side, Presbyterian College is gearing up for a six-game homestand, starting with a matchup against Eastern Michigan, as both teams seek their first win of the season.
