CrossFit Champions and Adaptive Games Highlights

The CrossFit community has seen several significant events recently. One of the notable competitions was the inaugural triservice CrossFit competition held in Brisbane, Australia. After three days of intense competition, the Army team emerged as the first champions of this event, showcasing their strength, strategy, and endurance.

In the United States, the 2024 Adaptive CrossFit Games took place from September 19-22 in San Antonio, Texas, at Morgan's Wonderland and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. This event featured various adaptive divisions and was live-streamed on several platforms, including the WheelWOD YouTube channel and the CrossFit Games website. Three-time Adaptive CrossFit Games athlete Amy Bream provided live commentary and analysis of the competition.
