Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik prepare for the All-England Open, aiming to secure Malaysia`s first men`s doubles title.

National men`s doubles head coach Herry Iman Pierngadi is optimistic about Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik`s chances at the upcoming All-England Open, scheduled from March 11-16. The duo, who earned bronze at the Paris 2024 Olympics, is undergoing a rigorous new training regime to enhance their performance in this prestigious tournament.

Chia and Wooi Yik have previously finished as runners-up in the 2019 and 2024 editions of the All-England, and their experience could be pivotal in their quest for the title. The tournament will feature seven Malaysian men`s doubles pairs, including promising combinations like Man Wei Chong-Tee Kai Wun and Wan Arif Wan Junaidi-Yap Roy King, which could bolster Malaysia`s chances of clinching the coveted title.
