As in 2017 and 2019, there will be no African team in the last four of the U20 World Cup. Nigeria, the last representative of CAF, has been eliminated in the quarter-finals. It is South Korea that blocked the way to the Nigerians. After 90 minutes without a goal and therefore without a winner, the Asians made the difference at the start of extra time to finally grasp the win 1-0.
