Chelsea seal Estevao deal and open Anselmino talks

In addition to signing Argentine defender Aaron Anselmino, Chelsea is in talks to sign Brazilian winger Estevao Willian for the summer of 2019.

Estevao, 17, of Palmeiras, has agreed to join the Blues for an initial fee of £29 million plus performance-related add-ons.

In his 17 senior games in the Brazilian Serie A, Copa do Brasil, and Copa Libertadores, the Brazil Under-17 international has netted four goals.
